Information From Other Sources

If you register by linking your Google® account, X (formerly, 'Twitter')® account, or Apple® account, we collect your first and last name and your email address. If you register by linking Your Apple® account, you will have the option to enable “Hide My Email.” Hide My Email will generate a random email address that then forwards messages to your actual email address.

When you create an account, we create a basic profile page for you on Defrenz containing your name, if you’re a Campaign Owner. When you post and share, you are directing us to disclose that information as broadly as possible. Defrenz content, including your profile information (e.g., name/pseudonym and username) and sent and received time capsules, is available for viewing by the public.

Who Is Your Information Shared With

Defrenz will seek to share the minimum amount necessary where your data is shared with third parties.

Children’s Privacy

This Website or the mobile application is not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. All such disputes are subject to binding arbitration by a Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) neutral according to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules of Arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered thereon. If a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator’s award, or fails to comply with arbitrator’s award, the other party is entitled of costs of suit including a reasonable attorney’s fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.
